The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.

We Only accept Returns in case the product was damaged (which the customer has to show the proof that he/she received the product damaged) otherwise we do not accept Returns. (You can read below the exchange/replacement policy) Our articles are made according to the measurements mentioned in the size chart, we ensure that our Quality inspection team checks each item before dispatching, if for any reason you have ordered the wrong size, you will have to bear the return delivery charges. To initiate a replacement or return, please contact us at areeejofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +92 323 1091 532. We will provide you with further instructions and the shipping address.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items: We strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

Additional Information: Areej offers a 14-day Replacement policy specifically for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan. However, to be eligible for a Replacement,

The dress must remain in the same condition as when it was sent and should not be damaged by the customer. We recommend making a video while opening the package as a reference in case the product is damaged. If the Order is Incorrect the Exchange is free, but if there is a size issue or customer wants to exchange product then a replacement fee of Rs.150 is applicable.

For Orders (replacement/Exchange) the customer needs to send the product to our facility where the product will be checked and after approval the new product/replacement/exchange will be shipped. Returns Department Address:
